Repeat advert every x minutes

Hi all, hopefully someone could help me out on this one.  Is it possible, and
if so how do i go about adding an advert to a 'live' stream.  The advert
needs to repeat itself every 10 minutes then automatically resume the live
feed.

Is there any way of doing this easily?

Any help would be massively helpful and grateful.

For the server side, you'd need to become familiar with the playlist
editor in windows media services - these are examples of the available
attributes / elements of the playlist you can use :
