Hi Constantinos,
Where exactly did you put the content? Did you copy it
into the c:\wmpub\wmroot directory (assuming c:\ is your
system drive) which the "<Default>" publishing point
points to and you are trying to play on-demand from there?
If yes, have you checked if the Default publishing point
is set to "Allow New Connections" (when you click on the
publishing point, the right hand side pane would say
whether the publishing point is set to allow or deny new
connections)?
Also, for testing purposes can you try with no firewalls,
proxies in between the client and server so that you can
isolate this issue?
