I'm issuing smart cards via CLM to our users, however, when they log
on with the smart card and try to start "Outlook anywhere" they get
prompted for password authentication to the (exchange proxy).  I have
looked in the Exchange Proxy settings page within the email account
configuration and can only see two options: basic, NTLM.
Is there a way to get this to work with the certificate on my smart
card?

OWA didn't support smart card logon last time I checked (it's been a
while) but there's a solution involving ISA Server:
