Is there anything that needs to be done to add CPU's to a
server running win2k server?  The server has two in it
now, and we would like to add two more.  Would adding the
CPU's interfere with the OS or would the OS recognize the
CPU's and keep running fine.  The server is a Proliant
7000.

Thank you

Shawn,

You shouldn't have to make any changes; Windows 2000 should recognize the
two new processors since you're already using a multi-proc hal.
