W2K SP4 / IE6

I just recently installed Win2K4 and am now having
problems running Windows IE6  When I try to open IE6, it
just locks up.  Anybody experiencing the same problem?

>Yea, I'm having the same problem.  You need to hit the
refresh button on every other page. IE6 also will no
longer download files. Microsoft wants $245 to fix their
own problem.
