Ricky, if you can repost your question with a bit more clarity, I'd be very
happy to answer your question.

Unfortunately, I'm truly unable to determine (even speculate) as to what it
is you're asking.

At this moment I have WSUS installed in a Windows 2000 Server with SP4 plus
MSDE to keep the updates information.
I and want to know if it is possible to change the data of the updates to
another server with Windows 2003 Enterprise with SP1. Other question is:
Does it work with sql server 2000 or 2005 or even both on that server
Win2k3?

Can you advice me how can it be done? (if it is possible offcourse)
url/links are appreciated.

Thanks

I believe I've recently answered these questions in later threads. If not,
please let me know and I'll respond in this thread with the information
(which is, most assuredly, contained in other posts of my dated this date).

Huh?

I'm not exactly sure what the original question is... but I'm equally unsure
what this answer is supposed to respond to.

Some general information, trying to hit upon Ricky's actual question:

[1] WSUS 2.0 runs on Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 Server;
       WSUS 3.0 requires Windows Server 2003 SP1.

[2] WSUS 2.0 runs on SQL 2000 (or MSDE2000);
       WSUS 2.0 SP1 can use SQL 2000 or SQL 2005 (or WMSDE) ;
       WSUS 3.0 requires SQL 2005 SP1 (or the Windows Internal Database)

Any of those versions is capable of providing updates for any of the
following operating system platforms:
       Windows 2000 Server Service Pack 3 (or later) -- any edition
       Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 3 (or later)
       Windows Server 2003
       Windows XP Service Pack 1 (or later)
       Windows Vista

and also provides updates for any of these applications:
       SQL Server 2005
       Exchange Server 2003
       Exchange Server 2007
       Microsoft Office XP
       Microsoft Office 2003
       Microsoft Office 2007
       ISA Server 2004
       ISA Server 2006
       Data Center Protection Manager 2006
       Systems Management Server 2003
       System Center products
       Visual Studio 2005
       Virtual PC 2007
       VIrtual Server 2005

and a host of other lesser products as well... added almost on a weekly
basis.

The charge from Microsoft executive management is that /all/ Microsoft
products will be updatable via the Update Services architecture -- that
pretty much includes anything released from here on out.
