U.S. Daylight Savings time changes

All,
Will (or has) Microsoft issued an update for 2007's daylight savings time
changes in the US?

We need to be able to update several machines that are not connected to the
Internet.

Nice article.  Three quarters of it isn't visible unless you are using IE
and, for all the fact that the link was posted in a Windows 2000 newsgroup,
it totally ignores Windows 2000.  I guess those of us still using Windows
2000 just will have to change the time manually.

The article should be retitled "Time Zone fixes for versions of Windows that
Microsoft cares about."

are Still in Lifecycle Mainstream Support."
