and, for all the fact that the link was posted in a Windows 2000 newsgroup,
it totally ignores Windows 2000. I guess those of us still using Windows
2000 just will have to change the time manually.
The article should be retitled "Time Zone fixes for versions of Windows that
Microsoft cares about."
