Hello to all,

I am sure I am posting this to the wrong group, but I am unsure which group
is most appropriate. I have a client using IE 6.0 and Windows 2000. When
attempting to directly open a word document from an FTP site, it does not
automatically launch word, as is the case when using Windows XP to open the
same file.
Iam sure this is an easy fix,
but can't remember.

Can anyone help.

Graciously yours,
Jeremy Grandstaff

You may wish to make sure Word is properly installed, the likely groups
would be Word or Office, and perhaps Win2000.general.
