We installed the latest windows updates on our print server (all
critical updates for the past 2 months). After rebooting, nobody can
print to any of the shared printers. We attempted to restart the print
spooler service but it just hangs. Anyone else experience the same
problem? Any idea on which update could have caused this?

I have had similar problems in the past and solved it by re-installing
the printers with the latest drivers downloaded from the manufacturer's
website.
