Is there a site where  one can manually download recent windows update

This is required as due to firewall restriction we no longer can update our
machines using regular Windows updates web site that automatically checks for
required updates.

Thanks

Yes, sure is.  The site is known as the Windows Update Catalog and is
located here:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/catalog/en/default.asp

Note that it can take a few extra days for the very latest updates to be
added to that site.

I recommend that you download all the updates that apply to your
version(s) of Windows, organizing them by type, date released, and
category.  Then burn a couple of CD's with those files; thus you will
only have to do this once.
