Does anyone here know other newsgroups about win2000?

Any version also can. eg pro, server, advanced server, datacenter server

First, I recommend using a dedicated news reader versus the web-based
interface.

Using OE as an example, click Tools/Accounts, then Add to create a new
News account for the server "msnews.microsoft.com" You do not have to
log in or authenticate.

Download the list of newsgroups for that account, and you will see a
couple of dozen related to Win2000.
