awegina.dll failed to load

Can anybody help me please
After a power cut my Win2k boots as far as a screen that tells me that
awegina.dll has failed to load.
Trying to boot in safe mode it tells me that the pagefile is too small.
Can anybody help me with a fix please

Hi;

First, could it be a typo and you really mean the filename is "Awgina.dll"
and not "awegina.dll" ? Do you have PCAnywhere installed? If so, see this
