I cannot install service pack 4 on W2K. I get the error:
wininet.dll is open or in use in another application
I closed down every application and process I could but I still get
the error. Any ideas as to what I could try?
You can boot to Safe Mode and install SP4 from there.

Gives the exact same error in safe mode
"wininet.dll is open or in use in another application"

Just as an update I tried installing SP3 and got a different error:
wjview.exe is open or in use in another application
Again, installing in safe mode is of no help. I did manage to install
SP2 though.
