I'm using Windows 2000 SP1
When I go to the control panel I can't find the icon Automatic Updates to
change my settings. I'm connected the update program will automatically
start but I want that the program notice me before he updates.
How can I resolbve this problem?
Ik heb Windows 2000 SP4
Als ik naar het cofiguratiescherm ga heb het icootje Automatische Updates
niet. Het update programma werkt wel want als ik verbind met Iteret gaat ie
updaten. Alleen wil ik dat het updateprogramma eerst vraagt of hij mag
updaten en welke updates hij ophaalt en ik weet dat je dat kan instellen in
het cofiguratiescherm als je op het icootje Automatsiche Updates klikt. Ik
heb met TweakUI gecotroleerd of ik dit icoontje misschien per ongeluk heb
weggehaald maar dat is niet zo.

Hoe kan ik dit oplossen??

You state here that you are using SP1, but further down that you have SP4.
Which is correct? You must be using SP4 for this to work correctly.

If you open the System applet in Control Panel, do you see an Automatic
Updates tab there?

Are you logged in with an account that has Administrator privileges?
