I was able to get the 4 security updates today, but the other updates just
loop back into a scan and I am unable to select the drivers or other non
critical updates. Also the window starts to tier, repeating the same info on
the right as is displayed on the left. Seems like a coding bug.

Comments? Suggestions?

Sounds like you have "Discussion" enabled within IE.  Disable the "Discuss"
option in IE View/Explorer Bar/Discuss (uncheck that one).  Then give WU
another try.

Bingo Buddy!! Thanks, that was it. No idea why or how discussions got there.
Toyed with it a bit. Looked interesting. Now I need to go clear up another
post.

Thanks again.

Using winupdate for drivers is often not reccommended, use hw manu site
only.

I agree and that is what I do. Often the manufacture is further ahead. I use
it to keep tabs on activity, research the success of the drivers yadayada.
