I have a test box set up to run WUS and I've noticed a couple of
peculiarities...  Being intent on disallowing Windows XP SP2 deployment, I
looked through the database and it wasn't there... Interesting...

I now can't make the box synchronize.   It seems to go through the entire
process, but nothing happens and it eventually errors out.  I take it this
product is not ready for prime time.  (Not that that's ever stopped
Microsoft from holding a software release party... koff!)  Has anyone else
expereinced this sort of behavior?

Thanx...

Since this product is only in BETA form I'm not sure what
you were expecting.  I have just started to plan the test
roll out so I will let you know if I come across the issue
and or a solution.

My implementation is, obviously, a test roll out as well as the product is
still in Beta.  I was expecting to see XP SP2 service pack in evidence.  I
was also expecting WUS to synchronize more than two or three times.  Silly
me.  Thanx for the info.  If we find a solution I'll also post it here...
Thanx again...
