My wife's computer at work is running Windows 2000 and needs to be
updated. Am I correct in that all it needs is the latest Service Pack (
SP4 ) and that will include all previous Services Pack updates.

Hello,

You are correct that Service Pack 4 will include all of the previous
Service Packs, but you will also have to download all of the latest
critical Updates from the Windows Update site, after the Service Pack 4 is
installed, to ensure that the computer is fully secured.
