I installed roxio and when I restarted the computer I
received a blue screen that writes, remove newly installed
software and then to debug the bios...yet i can't seem to
figure out how to do this process.  Any help is much loved

Which OS you are trying to install it? I hope the Roxio
software version is supporting your installed OS.
