I just reformatted and then upgraded my Toshiba Satellite 1115-S103 lab top to Windows 2000. Anyway, the sound isn't working and I'm pretty sure that I'm missing the drive but I don't know how to get it. The person that reformatted it for me is out of town for a few days so I'd like to fix this problem. If anyone can help  me, please reply.

thanks!

Since we don't know, which sound chip is there either and you haven't
provided any detailed information, it looks like you will have to wait until
your reformat person returns.
