Hi guys,

I got a win2k server with SP4 installed. Every now and
then I get a blue screen with the following message:

Stop: 0x00000077(0xC000000E, 0xC000000E, 0x00000000,
0x00280000)

Kernel_stack_Inspace_Error

Terminal services is enabled on the machine and Citrix
Metfaframe XP 1.0 SP2. Compaq Agent points out that the
operating system is causing the issue.

Is there a Hot Fix for the above error.

Thanks,

According to MS Knowledge Base (don't know if this applies):

Fatal System Error: 0x00000077 when IRQ 2 Is Assigned to COM Port
View products that this article applies to.
This article was previously published under Q247594
SYMPTOMS
On a Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional-based computer that has an Award
4.51 PG basic input/output system (BIOS), when you disable communications
port 2 (COM2), assign interrupt request line (IRQ) 2 to COM2, and then
restart the computer, the following fatal system error occurs:

Fatal System Error: 0x00000077
(0x00000103,0xC000000E,0x00000000,0x00032000)
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because IRQ2 is a cascade interrupt for IRQ8 through
IRQ15 and is not available for assignment to a COM port.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000
Professional.
