I just pulled up my add and remove programs  , and there
are alot of Windows XP hotfix in it . I count something

If you remove a hotfix or other update using Add/Remove Programs then it's
gone, you're once again open to the vulnerability that hotfix was patching
and Windows Update will detect that you don't have it and offer it to you
again.
