hi, we have four or more Dell workstations that just
started rebooting from bugchecks at start-up. The bugcheck
numbers are 0x....44.  This looks like the HP IRQ_L ...  
all-in-one USB error that we used to see all the time. All
these computers have local (usb) HP V40i all-in-ones
attached.  Recently new WHQL drivers for HP printers
showed up on MS updates to download.  I suspect these
drivers are a throw back to the issue we used to see and
that their installing caused these troubles although I
don't recall us loading the new drivers on these machines
so something else may be going on here. The computers that
are now having memory dumps on startup share no other
changes in common.  Some have been stable for a year or
more.

Can you disable the driver temporarily to test that theory?
