Cannot install SP4

It stops downloading SP4 with message "The file
c:\winnt\system32\tftp.exe is open or in use by another
application. Close all other applications and then click
Retry." All applications are closed.

I'd suggest downloading handel or process explorer from Sysinternals - it
will tell you what files are open and
by what process.
