patch pop-up

A pop-up came up and read...
Microsoft Bulletin, buffer over-run in messenger service
could allow code execution(828035).  Your system is
affected, download patch www.windows-patch.info

has anyone else seen this?  Is that site a trusted site?

patch.info. what did you find out? Is this a trusted site?

This is a commercial site which AFAIK charges for MS patches.  If you want
this patch it is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS03-043.asp
