Is there anyway I can sit down at the server and remotely
do windows updates without ever having to visit the client
computer?  I know there's automatic updates, but it would
be convenient if they can be done without interrupting the
client and not having them have to worry about being
involved in the updates.

Al - give my script a shot:

If you have Windows 2000 (SP3+)/XP workstations or Windows 2000/2003
servers, I may have a solution for you:

Try my script here (it's free)

VBSHF will install hotfixes on local or remote workstations...I just added a
new script that would run vbshf against a list of computers (or a subnet).
