I'm currently having problems adapting myself and working
practices to Microsoft Windows XP Professional (SP1), and
would like to return to the more familiar and much more
stable Windows 2000 Professional.
However, I am informed by my boss that Microsoft no longer
sells, or supports Windows 2000 Professional and that I
have to just get used to using XP.
I have seen Windows 2000 Pro for sale on websites such as
PCWorld.co.uk etc and the support pages on the Microsoft
website certainly indicate it's still supported.
Could you please confirm that Microsoft infact still do
sell and support Windows 2000 Professional, and that there
would be no problems integrating it into a Windows 2000 &
2003 Server environment?
Thanks for any help,
Daniel Allsopp
