When I try to apply service pack 4 to W2K Server I get the
message:
Setup failed to remove ism.dll script mappings. Service
Pack Setup will abort.

The title bar of the above message says: sp4iis

Then I roll back...

Any ideas?

Stopped and temporarily disabled IIS Admin, World Wide Web Publishing
service and FTP Publishing services. (No reboot was necessary.)

Then try to apply SP4 again.  If SP4 finishes successfully, then re-enable
the above services.
