I have had auto updates for security update 823559 every
single day for the past month or so and several times
before that. What is going on?

I am having a simular problem with a security update
823718.  Each time the user boots up the security update
is installed through Windows auto update.  This too has
been going on for a few weeks.  I tried installing it
manually, but it didn't stop the update.  If any one knows
why this is happening I would like to know.

I would verify the user has local admin rights.
The update needs to modify files in the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 folder, which
requires administrator rights.
It also updates the registry under HKey_Local_Machine, which also requires
administrator rights.
