Hi,
I have a win2k server thats hosted  with  a company. The issue is:

1. No one in our 2 different offices located in 2 difference towns can
login.
2. Now, when I call support they have no problems. They can do it over
and over again. I also know there not going to the console because it
works fine from their desktop.

3. Terminal server manager only shows them logged in.  No additional
sessions

Any thoughts

Usually you get this error message when your client is trying to reciev
a new TS CAL and write the info to th
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing key. I've notice alot of peopl
lock down that registry key to read only for Users. It needs to be se
to full control for Users.

There is a MS Technet article on it
