program will not start

I am trying to run a new version of a software that we have been using for
several years (Tekla Structures or Xsteel).

In V10 the program would run with no problems over a remote desktop
connection.

Now in V11 of the program, it gets to 95% of starting the program and then
closes without warning as to why it has been shut down or terminated.

Any suggestions ???

Does it run fine when loggin into console, not remote?

Yes, there is no problem running from the local console.
