Windows 2003 - Terminal server - How to disable Console connection

Hello,
I would like to disbale the ability to connect to a specific server with the
console mode (interact with the current session).
But i still want to be able to open new remote desktop sessions on it .

Is it possible ?

I also have the need to diable the console option due to NetOp not being
compatible with it. Were you able to figure out how to do this?
