Terminal Server logon issues

I dont know whether I am in a right place to ask this question or not but
here is the situation. I have a Windows 2000 Server running Citrix Metaframe
XP terminal services for more than 2 years now. I have not applied any
patches from Citrix's website but kept up to date with Microsoft updates. 2
months ago Windows update Service found an update rollup to Service Pack 4.
I applied it and it started creating problem with Microsoft Outlook. It
started giving errors that MS Outlook can not be started. So uninstalled
this patch. I had to do the cold reboot after uninstall. It works fine now
but every single time users try to connect, it just wants to connect to the
local computer instead of the domain. Meaning user has to select the domain
name where it says Log on to. Even if the user selects domain name once, it
keeps changing to local computer on next logon. How can I reset it back to
Domain Name instead of Local Computer?

Q. How do I enforce the domain name in the logon dialog box?

A. The default value for Domain/Computer in the logon dialog box is
taken from the last logon that was used on the console. Logon to
the console with a domain account to set the proper domain in the
logon dialog box.
