Hi, I run a Windows 2003 Domain and have installed a TS server on a Win 2003
server.  However only admins can log on.  Users get the error messes at log
screen saying:

"To log on to this remote computer, you must have Terminal Server user
access permissions on this computer."

Are your users members of the local Remote Desktop Users group on the
Terminal Server?

on the server, open the local security policy and under local policies ->
user rights assignments, make sure the users or groups are in the 'allow
logon through terminal services'
