We have 2 Windows 2000 Servers and 2 Windows 2003 Server with terminal
services  that all have developed the same problem. from yesterday when we
connect to the server using terminal services we have the cleaned desktop.
Can anybody help.

Can you give some more details?
Have you checked the EventLog on the servers? Any profile load and
unload errors?
Does it also occur when you log on to the physical console of the
server, with the local Administrator account?
Is this after you have logged on to the server normally, or can't you
even see the logon dialog box?
Do you see a black desktop? Or a blue one? Do you see the task bar?

What has been changed on your servers or your network since the last
time it worked normally? Installed any security patches?
