Windows Server Forum / Windows 2000 / Terminal Services / June 2005Audio Again
I am sure this has been asked here 693 times before.....but, I have windows 2000 server running TS and it works great and has been for about 3 years. We have never needed audio from the sessions until recently. I need to know what is I need to do to make this happen. From what I can tell Server 2003 has this ability but there must be another way. ??? Audio quality in rdp is not configurable, and not very good. It's OK for system sounds and beep, but don't use it for streaming video. Audio quality in Citrix is configurable in 3 levels, with different bandwidth usage, and the quality is much better.
