How to configure Terminal Service to use multiple port for remote desktop
administration

For example , At Present Terminal Service uses port 3389, but i want to
configure

Terminal service to use port ranging from port 3389 - 3400

I don't think that this is possible. Why do you want to do this?
Maybe there is another way to achieve what you want?

There is only one RDP listening port per network adapter. The only thing you
can do is to change the default port number to a different value or to add
more network adapters.
