Terminal client can't see a network drive mapped as Cluster resour

Hi all,
i have a cluster enviroment  (2 win2000 AS) with TS installed. I have a
shared resource that is a mapped network drive.
After the switch of the shared resource TS client it's unable to see the
mapped network drive resource immediatly. This resource return available
after 30 minutes about!
How i can resolve this issue?

Are these load balanced Terminal Servers, or is this a Cluster with two
nodes, each being a 2000 Terminal Server?
