We have two clients that knock each other off if they both
try to connect at the same time. I noticed that their
computer names are different than the ones listed windows
licenses. Also, our license server shows that we have five
TSCALs, but none are issued. Help!

1. Disable the License Logging Service (NOT the Terminal Services Licensing
Service)
2. Make sure your Terminal Server is in the same licensing mode as your
activated TSCALs, i.e. Per-User or Per-Device.
3. Check the event log on the Terminal Server for licensing errors related
to terminal server.

Are the users from the same location? If you are running Windows 2000 or
higher, there is no need for a license from what I gather.

That is true if the Terminal Server is 2000 and the clients are 2000 or XP Pro.
