I use a wts2000 svpk3 with TS.
T-Server | configuration | Clients setting
    Windows printer mapping (disable)
    Lpt port mapping (enable)
    com port mapping (enable)
Client-RDP| local resource
    Printers (disable)
    Serail port (enable)
-------------------------------------------------
When I connect from client_A I create a printer wiith port TS001 CLIENT_A: LPT1.
When I quit the session the printer get away.
How can I keep printer off-line?
--------------------------------------------------
I create a PRINTER_A  to LPT1 and a PRINTER_B to LPT2 on the server.
I connect From CLIENT_A, I change the port for TS001  CLIENT_A: LPT1
I connect from CLIENT_B, I change the port for TS002 CLIENT_B: LPT1
When I leave sessions, printers stay in the server with off line status. That,s OK.
Then I connect with CLIENT_B, PRINTER_A get the PORT to new port of CLIENT_B
and I connect from CLIENT_A, PRINTER_B get the PORT to new port of CLIENT_A
---------------------------------------------------
Can I avoid this mix up?
---------------------------------------------------
What is the good way to set a local printer across the RDP-CONNECTION to have always the same name? Obviously, If the session of client is off I could't print

Thanks

As you have noticed, this is not the way to do it, since the TSxxx
ports are assigned dynamically. This is documented gere:

317780 - Print Jobs That Are Sent to Terminal Services Redirected
Printers May Print on Another Client's Printer
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=317780

Why have you disabled Windows printer mapping? Why not let Windows
autocreate the printer within each session?

The situation is:
The application need to print with the specific printer name.
  I have 2 choices.
1-) rename the printer created dynamically by the session with a fixe name.
2-) Adjusted the application to search on the printer's list the good printer.
I thought, it should have a other way to determine the specific printer name.
And other way to fix a printer name is to use the LPR/LPD printing but the printing times isn't not very good (not as well as session printing).

I will use the point 1-) for my need.
 Thanks.
