currently, our domain users have domain group policy applied, I want
to keep their current domain GPO, and how can I implement some GPO
applied to users when they login to citrix server from workstation
only but no domain GPO applied? it would be some user level policy not
computer level, for example: hide network neighborhood icon when user
login through citrix, but not applied to their workstation when they
are not using citrix. both case login to domain.

thanks

Create a new OU, move Citrix server here.
Create GPO, implement Loopback Processing in your GPO - Replace mode, hide
Network Neighbourhood, etc.
Apply to domain users, deny Domain admins.
When users use Citrix - GPO applies.
When users use own w/s, business as usual
