Printing

My setup: Microsoft Windows 2000 server running Windows
2000 Terminal server.
We use third party software called RNS. RNS is a point of
sale software.

The Problem: My users print receipts to Panasonic and
Okidata dot matrix printers.
When they log in to the terminal server they can print 1
receipt, after that it will not print.
If they log out and then back in, They can print 1 receipt
again. Any ideas?
