We have a couple of users that have been with the office
previously. Their accounts have been deleted and now
recreated. Now when they try to log on to Terminal Server
they are getting the message "Windows cannot log you on
because the profile cannot be loaded. DETAIL: Access is
denied". We have checked permissions and they are all
correct. We have deleted their profile from C:\Documents
and Setting\%username% but cannot delete it from
\\server\share\%username%. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
Thanks
