can u install terminal service cleint on dos.

Only via 3rd party client like RDPDOS XP from terminal-services.net, or you could ditch DOS & use Linux with the RDesktop RDP Client.  Terminal-services.net also makes a product called F.Boot Desktop (or hardware modules) which is a custom Linux image that turns a legacy PC into a thin-clien
