I read in a post that you can troubleshoot disconnects by downloading and
installing the TSAC client. However, when I followed the link to the
Microsoft site, that client is no longer availabale.

What client are you supposed to download now to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Brad

Try this one:

Note: URL will wrap. Be careful to copy and paste it correctly into
IE.

The most common solution to disconnects to to enable keep
alives on your connection.  Have you tried going that,
instead of trying to get the TSAC working (which is not
defunct, since it had a security flaw in it).
