Hello,  It is my understanding that I do not have to
purchase TS licensing because it is built in on my XP Pro
Clients.  I've configured my TS server(2K) as an
application server however it is listing my clients as
limited by the 90 day grace period.  The activation
process looks as though I should have some type of
purchased license.  Is this the case or can I activate it
without further licensing based on the fact that my
clients are all XP Pro??  Thanks.

What you have to do is to install and activate a Licensing Server (on
your DC if you are running a W2K TS in a W2K domain).
You are correct that you don't have to buy licenses, but the built-in
licenses for your XP Pro clients are *not* built into the client,
they are issued by the License Server. That's why you need one,
regardless of the OS of the clients.
