I am using Terminal Services client in conjunction with
Win 2k server from a Win 2k workstation in order to enter
my Win 2k server from a remote location. I can hook up to
the server remotely and work normally. Most of the time,
this works, but often times (every 30 seconds to as long
as approx. 20 minutes) I get the error message reflected
in the subject line shown above with the notation of "The
terminal server has ended the connection". Why does this
happen and what can I do, if anything, to rectify this as
it drives me absolutely nuts having to continually re-
logon every 2 to 5 minutes (average time between
disconnects). Please HELP!!!!

Doug

Check out this link, it might help:

Also, are there any eventlog entries while this happens?
If you run a continuous ping to the terminal server, do
the packets ever get dropped?
