HI,
I have simple Jobs(IE and calculator) scheduled on win 2000 server which
runs, but does not open the application window, what is wrong?
I am executing by terminal server using remote desktop connection.

On my win 2000 professional runs ok and open all windows!
thanks,

Nothing is wrong, probably.
If the jobs are scheduled on the server, they will send the output to
the console session. You won't be able to see this in a TS session,
since you can't connect to the console session of a W2K Terminal
Server.
This is possible with a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.
If you must see what's happening in the console session, you need
pcAnywhere or VNC.
