Releasing Licenses?

I am running 2k terminal Server to a bunch of thin
clients.  Some of the thin clients were used as testing
clients, and are no longer needed to have a license doled
out to them.
How do I go about releasing the licenses for the clients
that I no longer need supported?

I see a bunch of them in Administrative Tools->Terminal
Service Licensing and within the Per Device there are 5, I
only need 2 in there, and the Temporary Licenses can be
moved to the Per Device section.

Make any sense?

If possible, please reply to my email:

Take out AT and DOT and replace with said keystroke.

You can't move licenses around like you want, and it shouldn't be
necessary either.

If your TS CALs were installed *after* SP3 (which included a
Licensing Enhancement), then they have an expiration date of 52-89
days. Licenses that are not used (because the client does not
connect to the TS anymore) will automatically be returned to the
LS after the expiration date.
New clients will get a temporary license in the meantime. This
will last for 90 days, which means that a TS CAL will become
available for the new clients before their temporary license
expires.

If you installed your TS CALs *before* SP3, then they will not
have an expiration date and be permanently issued to the clients.
If that is your situation, you will have to phone the
Clearinghouse to get those licenses re-issued.
