Can a computer running Windows 2000 Professional be controlled remotely by Remote Desktop on Windows XP? I know Windows XP Professional can be controlled as it has the services built in, but can they be added? My assumtion is not. I feel that I would have to use a remote application like VNC, Funk's Proxy or PCAnywhere. This is until the powers that be can agree to the XP upgrades and, ultimately, a Windows 2003 Server set up as an application server. Any advice? Also, is there a better newsgroup to post this to?
