deactivating license server

Im trying to deactivate a 2000 TS licensing server.  So I right click on the server I chose advanced and deactive and its starts a wizard, which I click next..then I get the message you server is deactivated do you want to activate.  I say NO...but it doesn't show deactivated....so now how do I gracefully get rid of this TS license server

You might have to use the telephone method, i.e. phone the
Clearinghouse, as described here:
